Sunshine & Raindrops ships Australia wide.
We use Australia Post to post all orders.
All items are dispatched within 48 business hours. If we are not able to do this, we will be in contact with you.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be issued. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post.
Please note postage costs are not refundable.
Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional re-postage costs.
We do not offer refunds for purchases that you decidde you do not like anymore or it doesn't fit. If an item of clothing does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange or if your size is not available, a store credit. However, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
We happily refund clothing items that have any manufacturing defects. However, we must be notified immediately once you have received your parcel and notice the defect. We will require you to contact us through the contact page where we will respond with an email requesting photos of the imperfection. We will assess the damage and reach a decision on a full refund. The return of the garment or the product in this case will be at the companies cost, however if we do not receive information within a day of receiving the product, we will not be liable for any imperfections to the clothing.
